Tour accessibility…

We aim to make the Magical Mystery Tour as accessible as possible and welcome enquiries in advance to help us understand individual requirements.

Wheelchair Access

Our standard tour coaches do not have ramped or low‑floor access. In some circumstances, wheelchair access may be possible, however this requires the removal of seats from the coach and advance preparation. Due to scheduling and operational constraints, this cannot always be accommodated, particularly at short notice. We recommend contacting us well in advance of booking to discuss availability.

For guests who are able to manage three steps with assistance, we are usually able to welcome you on board. In these cases, a wheelchair can be safely stored in the luggage hold for the duration of the tour.

If you would prefer priority or front‑row seating, please advise our team when you check in at the Magical Mystery Tour Store at the Albert Dock on the day of your tour, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Assistance Dogs

Visitors using guide dogs, hearing dogs or other registered assistance dogs are very welcome on the Magical Mystery Tour. To ensure sufficient space and comfort, please contact us when booking, and we will arrange an additional seat free of charge to accommodate your assistance dog.

If you have any questions or specific access needs, please get in touch before your visit. We are always happy to discuss requirements and explore what reasonable adjustments may be possible.

Along The Route

At each stop along the tour route, a short walk is required to view the landmarks. Distances are kept to a minimum wherever possible.

The tour concludes on North John Street, which is just a short, level walk from The Cavern Club. The Cavern Club has an accessible entrance, and once inside, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

If you have any questions about access along the route or would like to discuss individual requirements in advance, please feel free to contact our team.
